Chrisy Roberts-Smith, is our Team Leader specializing in Listings and Marketing! She began in Real Estate at Dolan Realtors in Washington, MO in 1999. Then moved back to St. Louis where she began The "WOW" Team in 2000 with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, and was awarded membership to The President's Club and the Multi Million Dollar Club, . In May 2005, she moved her team to RE/MAX Gold, bringing a Million Dollars in Sales in her first month. In Oct. 2006 she made an Executive decision to make the move to Realty Executives Of St. Louis. As the Team Leader, Chrisy specializes in the Marketing of Listings, focusing on financing for Buyers & evaluating investment property for rental income or investment properties for rehabing. She has 11 years experience with Investment properties, 10 years experience in New Construction, 9 years experience as an Accredited Relocation Specialist working with Fortune 500 companies, and 3 years experience as a Certified REO Specialist & working with "Short Sales". Chrisy also owns a Property Management Company which allows her to offer a full spectrum of services to her clients. Chrisy was raised in Fenton and has moved back to Fenton where she currently resides with her husband.
Tim Goett, is our Buyer's Agent/Investment Specialist. He began his Real Estate career with Realty Exchange, specializing in selling apartment buildings and investment property in St. Louis City and the metro area. Tim is well versed in Cap rates, 1031 tax exchanges, vacancies, and property management. Prior to Real Estate, Tim was a restaurant manager for two multi-million dollar companies. He was the regional bar manager, as well as an assistant manager with his focus being the bar. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter and spent 2 years working for the Missouri Department of Conservation. He spends many hours in the woods hunting and can help you with all of your recreational, hunting, and income producing farm needs. Tim was born & raised in Jefferson County where he still currently resides.
Michael Weller, Jr, is another one of our Buyer’s Agents/Investment Specialists. Michael became a Real Estate Broker upon graduating from Rockhurst University in 2004. His previous niche was first time homebuyers, where he acquired mortgage and financing experience. He was recognized in the National of Association of Realtors Magazine in July 2006 with his unique approach to aerial advertising. He excels in his attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills working with investors. He provides online efficiency, online marketing, and technical skills to the team. Michael is also an approved real estate agent for the STL Home Buying Program. Michael was born & raised in St. Louis & is currently living in St Charles.
